 Analisis Perancangan Sistem Informasi - System Request

System Request memiliki definisi yaitu satu set kegiatan atau aktivitas yang tujuannya adalah pengembangan atau evolusi perangkat lunak, seringkali disebut sebagai Siklus Hidup Pengembangan Perangkat Lunak/Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). SDLC secara garis besar seperti gambar berikut :

Dalam sebuah pengembangan atau develop suatu sistem tentu membutuhkan 4 step yang disebut juga SDLC yakni, Planning, Analysis, Design and Implementation. Penjabaran-nya adalah sebagai berikut : 

1. Planning/Perencanaan : Why build the system? 

• Mengidentifikasi nilai bisnis (business value), analisis kelayakan (feasibility analysis) System Request/Proposal

2. Analysis: Who, what, when, where will the system be? 

• Pengumpulan kebutuhan pengguna (User Requirement Gathering) (System Specification) 

3. Design: How will the system work? 

• Desain arsitektur, desain antar muka, desain data, desain program. (System Design)

4. Implementation: System delivery 

• Konstruksi sistem, pengujian/testing, instalasi dan perawatan/maintenance (New System)

Nah, dalam System Request terdapat 5 Komponen penting yaitu : 

1. Project Sponsor

2. Business Need (Kebutuhan Bisnis)

3. Business Requirement (Keperluan Bisnis)

4. Business Value (Nilai / Hasil Bisnis)

5. Special Issue / Constraints (Isu spesial / Batasan)

Dari kelima komponen tersebut, menghasilkan sebuah output berupa proposal dari sebuah permintaan system, seperti contoh dibawah ini :

Business Need : This initiative was established in order to increase product sales and to make it easier for consumers to discover enjoyment in the form of drama video’s streaming.

Business Requirement : Users will be able to easily search and download the chosen drama’s by using applications, websites and TV’s. The following are the particular provisions that are held by the application system, website and TV’s, among others : Simple search to discover the drama you want to watch. Trailers for drama videos are available for Free Users. Show upcoming drama schedule. May show drama video’s suggestions based on the amount of spectors. By becoming a VIP user, you will be able to download the movie that you have seen. (Drama video’s cannot be downloaded by Free Users.) Subscribe to VIP Access for various time periods (daily, weekly, monthly). There will be a drama video’s reservation function available via Mobile Apps. (Website & TV unavailable) Several subtitles are available in 1 drama video instantly after release.

Business Value : We sincerely hope that when the application and video drama websites evolve, will improve services and users by allowing existing or new users to take advantage of features that allow them to watch specific dramas by viewing trailers, as well as with recommendations for users to see drama videos based on the number of viewers or the most popular, and can subscribe to download (watch offline). Users may also subscribe in various time periods (daily, weekly, monthly) with the purpose and purpose, for example, if the user just wants to download drama videos in a short period of time, they can subscribe according to the time needed. Customers may also grant notification access on our mobile app, ensuring that they do not miss out on the current drama series viewing schedule. And, of course, the user may pick the subtitle he wants, because there is a facility to choose subtitles in multiple languages and instantly when they are available. Of all the execution of new features in our system, the estimates or estimates of the company's revenue are as follows :  4.5 stars out of 974 thousand user ratings 50 Million or more user downloads, including new users Tangible earnings (in actual terms) can reach $0.88 billion, with an ROT (Return On Tangible Equity) of 42.39%.

Special Issues or Constraints :  Because our consumers are bored of sorting video dramas alphabetically, the marketing department sees this as a strategic system. Lastly, we highlight these intriguing qualities that are critical to the growth of our services in order for us to remain competitive in our industry. Because, in the product market, many other services are watched, and there are already intriguing systems that they carry, we are attempting to enhance our services and launch in accordance with customer expectations. Trying to attract customers in our market environment, by presenting special features that are only available in our service. Several of our current devoted clients wanted the chance to subscribe flexibly, and we eventually made it happen so that we did not miss out on this opportunity.
